Villa Fortuna - Mostar

The bathroom felt outdated and parking was a hassle with full streets.

The place was wonderful and had very helpful staff that give perfect service, enjoyed the stay. We had a very good bedroom. Our location was absolutely perfect and excellent almost in the city centre.

Its location was absolutely perfect, not far from the center of old town and also "downtown " and the old bridge and seesights.

The facility was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that had high-quality linens. The serene backyard area provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle, while the unique personalized tour experiences available were a standout was great.

Parking can be a real mess. The few spots right outside are usually taken, pushing you to search for space on busy streets. The bathrooms are showing their age, and some rooms may experience inconsistent heating and cooling. Breakfast isn't served until 8 AM, which can be an inconvenience for early risers. The Wi-Fi could stand to be a bit faster, and some guests might find the TV options lacking.

The rooms were neat, bright with balcony at the back, ideal for us. The cakes, yogurt, and fruit for breakfast were much appreciated.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Hard to find as it down a narrow drive-way off of a one way street. Once you know where it is, all is good. We parked a few blocks away and finished the journey using a gps to the coordinates from Booked.net

Villa fortuna was in such a perfect location close to the old town. The staff were really nice and super helpful. The bed was large and comfy, and i liked that it was hard. Air conditioning worked really well and didn't disturb my sleep at all. It's great value for the price compared to other hotels in bosnia.

the street parking was kinda tough to find, and the bathroom could use a little updating.

Staff were amazing, the food was awesome and all the facilities were very good.

The Hotel was small and nice. It is very near the city centre and you can park your car inside the locked area. The personal is very supportive and friendly. I enjoyed to stay here and would come back, if I go another time to Mostar.

The warm hospitality of Nela made us feel genuinely welcomed, almost like family, throughout our stay.

Parking can be a hassle, as available spots in front of the hotel were often occupied.

Nice host, good breakfast, nicely located. Mostar does not rate more than one night and this was the perfect place to stay. Moderately priced as well,

the room with a great view from the balcony of the surrounding mountains. location: the hotel was next to famous mostar bridge and car / taxi. the free parking was outside, excellent service. the staff was absolutely fantastic and lovely and gave me recommendations.

Very friendly and helpful staff.excellent location with secured parking.clean and spacious room and bathroom. Staff was very hospitable and they offered us a drink when we arrived.the outdoor patio is beautiful. Highly recommend visiting Mostar and staying there.

The receptionist was friendly and provided valuable tour recommendations. Parking was challenging due to limited spaces, and there were concerns about the bathroom's age. Breakfast options could be clearer, as we were directed to a nearby cafe with no on-site dining available.
